My name is Miranda Bruins, and I serve as the Behavior and Mental Health Manager for Absaroka Head Start. I have been a part of the Absaroka Head Start team since August 2006 and have had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles throughout my career. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of our program and a deep appreciation for the work we do to support children and families.
I hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. My educational background, combined with my professional experience, has strengthened my commitment to supporting the social, emotional, and developmental success of young children.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, which is one of my greatest joys. Together, we enjoy camping, fishing, four-wheeling, attending sporting events, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
Head Start holds a special place in my heart, and I am grateful to be part of an organization dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. It is incredibly rewarding to know that the work we do today helps create positive, lasting impacts for the future.
